Changing your Contact Details

For security purposes, changing a email address is something which must be carried out by carers or patients themselves.

Please follow these steps to change your email address

1. Login to the service using your existing email address.
2. Access your patient record
3. Click on Patient Details
4. Scroll down the page to the "Edit your Details" section
5. Enter your new email address and click "update contact"


And that should be the job done
